Because we try to use fresh ingredients, our pop menu reflects what is locally available and in season. OUR STORY
beginning a pops truck
We founded Atomic Pops in the summer of 2018, and spent that first season roaming the streets of Boise in a hand painted, hot orange, vintage Chevy Gruman, loaded with gourmet pops.
Our mission is to offer an old-fashioned ice cream truck experience with a modern twist: fresh popsicles made with whole, natural ingredients. Each pop is made using primarily local and organic ingredients, hand-crafted in small batches from our truck in Boise, Idaho.
And, most importantly, DELICIOUS!
